Please complete this form to apply for a vendor spot at the Holistic Wellness Fair on February 25. Applications must be submitted by February 10th.

Due to the nature of the inaugural event, only one vendor per category can be accommodated on a first come first serve basis. Please check the current vendor list on the Wellness Fair page to ensure your service/product is not similar to that of another vendor before applying.
Upon approval, you will be sent a $35 invoice (covers event space & insurance, marketing, flyers, social media presence & brand awareness leading up to event). Invoice must be paid in order for your business to be put on the event website & flyers).
